Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 July 2026 · Applies to: Airlive Camera (iOS)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Airlive Camera for iOS ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1. License

Airlive grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App, except where that right cannot be limited by law;
  • use the App to capture, record, or stream content you don't have the right to capture or distribute;
  • use the App to infringe anyone's rights or to break any applicable law;
  • resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the App.

3. Your content

You own the video, audio, and recordings you create with the App. Airlive claims no rights to your content and never receives it — media stays on your own devices and local network. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and stream and for obtaining any consents required to do so.

4. In-app purchase

Airlive offers a single, one-time in-app purchase ("Remove Watermark") that permanently removes the on-air watermark from your live stream. There is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Where this purchase is offered:

  • the price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase;
  • payment is a one-time charge to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase;
  • it does not renew — there is nothing to cancel;
  • the unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on devices you own.

Apple processes all billing. The App does not collect or store payment information. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple under its policies.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Airlive does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your particular network, hardware, or workflow.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airlive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost recordings, missed or interrupted streams, or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

7. Apple App Store terms

Because the App is made available through Apple's App Store, the following terms also apply:

  • This agreement is between you and Airlive only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Airlive, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
  • If an App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for that App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
  • Airlive, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App — including product liability claims, claims that an App fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer-protection or privacy law.
  • If a third party claims that an App or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, Airlive, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, the stricter applicable terms govern your use.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine — except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence. Nothing here limits the Apple App Store terms or any rights Apple has as described above.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
